So, how does yourTLM work?

YourTLM is built around the principle of “your model, your data, your control”—meaning that enterprises retain sovereignty over their data and AI models. At its core, the platform leverages a private vector database hosted in a controlled environment (such as a private cloud or infrastructure under the client’s governance). Unstructured data like emails, documents, logs, and other internal sources get ingested, converted into dense numerical vectors (embeddings), and indexed in this vector store to capture semantic meaning rather than just keywords.

When a user queries the system, YourTLM uses those embeddings to run semantic / concept-based searches and reasoning across the indexed content—not just literal matching. Because the data and vectors never leave the client’s secure environment, privacy, compliance, and data protection are preserved.

Beyond search, YourTLM is claimed to support deeper insight functions: it aims to go beyond correlation to causal reasoning, drawing connections and dependencies between concepts in your data to explain why something may be occurring. Access is controlled through role-based permissions and a polished UI, so users only see data and queries they’re authorised to access.

In practice, YourTLM can integrate with enterprise systems (e.g. Microsoft Exchange) to ingest email and document data.
